Progressive Print Solutions, Leeds, were in a tight spot when their customer called to say that there were errors in the new Wilkinson online & Christmas catalogues and they required more books urgently. The job consisted of an extra 2000 copies of a 172 page catalogue and 4000 copies of 15 replacement pages, closely followed by a further 4000 copies of 14 replacement pages in the Christmas catalogue. All of this within extremely deadlines!
When Wayne John of Neath Port Talbot Libraries wanted a new design high quality library card they immediately though of Debbie Green at Spectrum Plastics. Although they had not used the company before, they had met with Debbie Green at the Library and Exhibition show in April 2007. Wayne had a product guide and samples, and had been receiving Library Talk, the Spectrum newsletter for libraries for over a year.
When Richard Henderson, Account manager at Digital 2000 wanted 500 plastics cards within two weeks he asked his colleagues who might be up to the job. Having just attended the IPIA Business in Print Exhibition his colleague had been impressed with what Spectrum Plastics had to offer in terms of expertise and friendliness. He recommended them to Richard and that started a relationship that is now blooming.
